With the increase in the market of smartphones, the number of people willing to purchase a good quality camera phone has increased. The modern day smartphone is able to do anything and everything when it comes to utilisation of technology, be it ordering food or checking out a 3BHK flat. In this heat of the market, Samsung has launched the world’s first quad camera phone. Yes, we are talking about the all-new Samsung Galaxy A9.
Launched on Thursday in an event by Samsung, the phone comes with a 6.30 inch Super AMOLED Display with a resolution of 1080 by 2220 pixels. The device is powered by Snapdragon 660 Soc, which is an octa-core processor with 4 cores at 2.2Ghz and 4 at 1,8Ghz which when combined with 6GB of RAM, makes the device really invincible. The internal storage of the phone is 128 GB which can be expanded to 512GB with the help of an sd card.
Samsung has targetted the camera-conscious people here in this lineup. Galaxy A9 comes with four rear cameras, which is the first phone ever in the world to house 4 cameras on the rear board. The main camera is a 24-megapixel shooter(f/1.7). There is a wide angle lens of 8-megapixel(f/2.4) to capture a view of 120 degrees. A telephoto lens of 10-megapixel(f/2.4) for 2x zoom. Then we have a 5-megapixel(f/2.0) lens to get the depth effect. Most of the other companies combine any two of them for creating a good camera unit. Even for selfie lovers, the front camera is a 24-megapixel shooter which actually clicks clear and crisp images.
